Stylup is an AI-powered fashion content generation platform that allows users to upload clothing images and generate realistic model images and videos.
By using Stylup, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
1. Information We Collect
a) Account Information:
When you create an account with Stylup, we will collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication)
- Profile information (optional)
b) Clothing Images & Prompts:
When you upload images of your garments to generate AI models and videos, we will collect and process:
- Images and/or videos of garments
- Any metadata associated with these uploads
c) Payment & Financial Information:
- Stylup uses Stripe a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider to process payments. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs the processing of your payment information. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more information.
- Stylup may retain billing metadata (e.g., transaction IDs, last 4 digits of card) for compliance and support purposes.
d) Usage Data :
Stylup may automatically collect device and usage data to improve user experience and service performance and include information such as;
- Device type
- Browser type and operating system
- IP address
- Time spent on the platform
- Pages viewed and interactions
e) Cookies & Analytics
Stylup uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, improve our services, and analyze app usage. These may include:
- Essential cookies for secure login and session management
- Analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our app and improve features

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your Stylup account
- Deliver our core AI generation service
- Improve platform performance and features
- Process payments and manage subscriptions

- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- To send you administrative communications, including updates and security alerts.
- For analytics and research to improve user experience.

We do not sell your personal data.
3. No Local Retention
Stylup maintains zero local retention of both media and payment information. Everything resides securely with Firebase and Stripe.
Specifically:
- Uploaded images & AI-generated media are stored in Firebase a period of 1 year for images & 30 Days for videos . We keep no local copies.
- Payment details, including credit/debit card information and related financial data, are handled exclusively by Stripe.
- StylUp does not access or store card numbers, CVC codes, or bank account details—this data is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We only receive non-sensitive transaction data necessary for order confirmation (e.g., last four
digits, transaction amount, billing status).
4. Third-Party Services
Stylup uses trusted third-party services to provide core functionalities of the application.

Stylup uses industry-standard security to protect your information:

- Secure login with Firebase Authentication

- Data is stored securely on Google Firebase
- Regular monitoring and backups keep your content safe
- We follow strict protocols for any security incidents
8. Marketing Use of Uploaded Content and Contact Information
With your explicit consent, Stylup may use the following for marketing and promotional purposes:
a) Uploaded Content
We may request your permission to feature selected content you upload (such as styled images or AI-generated outputs) in our marketing materials. This may include showcasing content on our website, social media, or promotional campaigns.
Your content will never be used for marketing without your prior consent, and any identifying personal information will be excluded unless separately authorized by you.
b) Contact Information
With your consent, we may use your email address or other contact details to:
- Send newsletters, feature updates, and promotional offers
- Invite you to participate in surveys, beta testing, or user research
- Share exclusive content or personalized recommendations
